Return and Refund policy

Item must be returned within: 30 days in same condition

Refund will be given as: Money Back to same method payment was made by.

Tracking and insurance recommended when returning the item.  Item must be returned in same condition.

 

Eligibility Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period will be denied.

Product Condition
Books must be  undamaged. Books that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for standard return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, error, or damaged shipment. We recommend using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage.

How to Initiate a Return

         Provide: order number, item(s) to be returned, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.    Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer) will be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect or Missing Shipments

Report within 48 hours of opening the package.

Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item.

We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item and the correct item will be sent upon receipt of incorrect item.

Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours.  Provide photos of damage including outer box and item damage.  You will be required to return both the damaged item and the box at our expense.  A refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected for shipments within South Carolina unless you  provide a re-sell license.

Terms of Service

These policies are governed by the laws of South Carolina. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order (name, email, address, payment details). All payment data is stored securely by Stripe and never touches our servers. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the contact form.
